User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your watches and shipping requirements
Declare the true value of items for insurance purposes
Ensure items shipped comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not ship prohibited items including counterfeit timepieces
Be available for scheduled pickups and deliveries

Pricing and Payment

All prices for packaging and shipping services are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is required before services are rendered. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

Shipping Terms

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Squixellxex is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Signature confirmation is required for all deliveries.

Insurance and Liability

We offer insurance coverage options for your timepieces during transit. Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery. Our liability is limited to the declared value of the item or the insurance coverage amount, whichever is lower. Pre-existing damage is not covered.

Intellectual Property

All content on squixellxex.world, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Squixellxex and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Squixellxex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wellington, New Zealand.
