At Squixellxex, we are committed to your satisfaction with our watch packaging products and shipping services. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be processed.
Packaging Products
Standard Packaging Items
Standard watch boxes, cases, and packaging materials may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:
- Items are unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags are intact
- Proof of purchase is provided
Custom Packaging
Due to the bespoke nature of custom packaging solutions, custom-designed watch boxes and personalized packaging cannot be returned or refunded unless:
- The product has manufacturing defects
- The product does not match agreed specifications
- The product was damaged during delivery
Shipping Services
Cancellation
Shipping orders may be cancelled with a full refund if:
- Cancellation is requested before pickup
- The shipment has not yet entered our processing system
Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued if:
- Cancellation is requested after pickup but before transit
- Service was not completed as specified
Non-Refundable
Shipping fees are non-refundable once:
- The package has entered transit
- Delivery has been completed
- Insurance claims have been filed
Damaged Items
If your packaging products arrive damaged:
- Report damage within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photographs of the damage
- Retain all original packaging for inspection
- We will arrange replacement or refund at our discretion
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

- Include your order number and reason for return
- Await confirmation and return instructions
- Ship items back using a trackable method
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Insurance Claims
For items damaged or lost during shipping:
- File a claim within 7 days of expected delivery
- Provide documentation including photos and valuations
- Claims are processed according to the insurance coverage selected
